Just wanted to say a big thank you to you Dee for the amazing reflexology session I had with you. It's the first time I have had this done and wow I felt so relaxed afterwards. Not only was I relaxed in my body, I had a different mind set too when I left. I found throughout the week that things that would normally annoy me and wind me up didn't. It was a great feeling being able to have some 'me' time and a different outlook on things. I will certainly be booking another session with you really soon. Thank you Dee

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage
Based on the ancient traditions of massage and the Ayurvedic system of healing that has been practiced in India for thousands of years.
Ayurveda refers to the ‘science of life’ or knowledge of life. The Ayurvedic approach to health is the balance of mind, body and spirit and promotion of long life. It is a complete way of life which aims to prevent disease and longevity.
Indian Head massage or ‘champissage’ from Hindi word ‘chami’ has traditionally been passed down from parent to child. Babies are massaged daily until the age of 3 and then twice weekly until the age of 7. Then they will be taught the massage techniques and will be encouraged to use it within the family.
In Champissage, the head, neck and face are massaged with the purpose of manipulating energy channels that cause a build up of negative energy that could cause an aliment. Therefore massage is embedded with everyday life as the Indians believe it balances or preserves the body’s energy and promotes a healthy balanced life.
There is no right or wrong way and the sequence of movements vary from one therapist to another.
It can be included with Reflexology or Face Lift masasge to enhance the treatment.
